The High Performance Growth Journey is delivered in strategic delivery phases over 3 - 6 months. Emphasis is on virtual delivery and group workshops, supported by individual high performance coaching. Face to face delivery can recommence when possible.

It introduces each employee to an authentic, inside-out model of high performance and personal leadership that makes sense for the 21st century leader in a complex world.
The course advocates a personal or self leadership approach. It is suitable for leaders of all levels - and explores how your employees can authentically connect with their innate high performance levels while aligning with clarity.
Building on this solid foundation, they will then be introduced to the 4 meta-competencies that neuroscientists, futurists and leadership development experts agree will be needed for the high performing leaders of the future.
